Refund and Returns Policy

At Velora Tea, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our products, our returns policy varies based on the item type:

Tea Products (Perishable Items)

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on our Velora Tea blends due to health and safety regulations. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@veloratea.com with photos, and we will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Perishable Products

For all other products on our website, including accessories sourced through our 3rd party suppliers, returns and refunds are subject to their return policy. Typically, returns are possible within 30 days of delivery if you can show that items are defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or if your order does not arrive, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue according to the supplier’s terms.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Contact us at support@veloratea.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of any damage or issues.
  3. We will assess the issue and guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days
