Returns and Refunds Policy

At Velora Tea, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK consumer law, subject to the conditions below.

Perishable & Consumable Goods

Due to the perishable nature of our tea products, we do not accept returns on opened or used tea products for hygiene and food safety reasons, but we will provide refunds or replacements for orders that are undelivered, damaged, or incorrect within 7 days of delivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund, including any applicable shipping costs

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled
